Well, I guess I didn't watch for that but it would be nice if it didn't cause
theproblem below since it is more difficult to ensure internally that we never
delete all existing sheets than it looks like (imagine we start with one
sheet "A" abd the user marks thi ssheet as deleted but creates a new sheet
calling it "A" too: when we execute this command the obvious way is to delete
the sheet and then create a new one but this leaves us with no sheet for a
moment. On the other hand creating the new sheet first would require us to
rename the sheet "A" initially since the current implementation chokes on
duplicate names.)
4. Insert->Sheet.
5. Type anywhere in that new sheet: Boom, crash.
Hmm, could be a symptom of (3), but its hard to say.
I'd suggest debugging (5) first to see if it is interesting.
