It seems that in the last year I spend more time trying to get gnumeric to compile from cvs than in fact doing any work on gnumeric. I usually get frustrated and just drop it. A whie later I try again but run into the same or other problems. Now I am stuck in libgsf: make[2]: Entering directory `/home/aguelzow/cvs/gnome2/libgsf/gsf' /bin/sh ../mkinstalldirs /home/aguelzow/gnome/test/lib /bin/sh ../libtool --mode=install /home/aguelzow/bin/install-check libgsf-1.la /home/aguelzow/gnome/test/lib/libgsf-1.la /home/aguelzow/bin/install-check .libs/libgsf-1.so.113.0.4 /home/aguelzow/gnome/test/lib/libgsf-1.so.113.0.4 ../libtool: line 5866: /home/aguelzow/bin/install-check: Accessing a corrupted shared library make[2]: *** [install-libLTLIBRARIES] Error 126 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/aguelzow/cvs/gnome2/libgsf/gsf' make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/aguelzow/cvs/gnome2/libgsf/gsf' make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 *** error during stage install of libgsf: could not make module *** [1/3] Well, the platform I am building on is a quad-opteron if that makes any differnece. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Andreas -- Andreas J. Guelzow Taliesin Software, Shelties, Pyr Sheps and Shetland Sheep
