Compile Error with 1.7.90

I have been building all the 1.7.x devel versions until 1.7.90 and I
haven't been able to get it to work.  It errors out with this:

This is with:
   gcc 4.2.2
   goffice 0.5.3

Any ides what would have changed to cause this?  1.7.14 still builds
with no problems using goffice 0.5.2.
