Hi Jon,
There are two demos in the goffice/tests directory: the minimal
pie-demo.c and the more involved go-demo.c.
You are welcome to come on the #gnumeric irc channel:
irc://irc.gnome.org/gnumeric
Otherwise, you might mail me any question.
Other projects using the goffice charting engine:
Gnucash (http://www.gnucash.org)
GChemUtils (http://gchemutils.nongnu.org)
Regards,
Jean

I'm looking to use goffice in a gtk application to create some simple
graphs, but I'm having trouble finding documentation. I'm aware of the
API reference, but I'd like something more high-level/introductionary,
like a tutorial or just some well-documented example code.
Does this exist somewhere?
If the only thing is in the gnumeric source code, do you mind pointing
to a suitable starting point?
