Gnumeric 1.11.0 Released

The Gnumeric Team is pleased to announce the availability of Gnumeric
version 1.11.0.  The is the beginning of a new development series.
For production use,  please stick to the stable 1.10.x series for now.

The main news here is that Gnumeric 1.11.x is based on GTK+ 3 and other
newer libraries.
