minor issue:
 
a cell formatted as Number: 'Scientific', Decimals places: 18, 'Minimum number of exponent digits': 3, 'Always show exponent sign': checked, 'Use superscript': unchecked,

 
after save as *.ods ( strict conformance ) and load back frequently has the properties and display:

 
Number: 'Scientific', Decimals places: 18, 'Minimum number of exponent digits': 3, 'Always show exponent sign': unchecked, 'Use superscript': checked,

 
see attached sheets, sorry if display cluttered, there seems to be a 4k issue somewhere, i had to reset row hight and column width after downloading.
 
can anyone tell if bug or 'unavoidable'?
