after some more investigation:
my system lacked the capa of correctly building 'perl' and 'perl-loader' after some messing around with perl
( removing perl in an attempt to go back to an old version, never try this at home unless you have a qualified
full system backup ).
Afterwards i didn't get perl-loader / perl_loader into the builds, even after reverting to perl 5.34?, things smoothed
after I re-implemented 'libperl-dev'.
The issues in #328 / #329 are real, but at least most of them can be addressed.

- different results between different builds base on different versions of 'plugins/perl-loader/.libs/perl_loader.so',
- the version with less notes in the log has that reg. 'no data'? thus isn't better but bader?
