[gthumb-list] Slideshow function in gthumb 2.11.6

It looks like that the slideshow function in gthumb 2.11.6 does not work 
as expected. When I start it, the first I see is a gray background for a 
couple of seconds, then it starts displaying the first image. Also 
during the slideshow the images are disturbed by gray rectangles. These 
rectangles change their location on the screen during the slideshow.
