GTK+ DND Tutorial Updated

We've made a few updates and corrections to the GTK+ DND tutorial:

It now includes a short section on setting default drags (thanks Owen) and
a few corrections and additional links added.

The web site should be back up now, that's due to high water at the only 
ISP in the world built over the ocean.
