Hi,
gtk_widget_add_events() lets previously activated events on, whereas
gtk_widget_set_events() erase them. For example, when you write :
gtk_widget_set_events(widget, GDK_KEY_PRESS_MASK);
gtk_widget_set_events(widget, GDK_KEY_RELEASE_MASK);
... only GDK_KEY_RELEASE_MASK is activated, whereas :
gtk_widget_add_events(widget, GDK_KEY_PRESS_MASK);
gtk_widget_add_events(widget, GDK_KEY_RELEASE_MASK);
... both are activated.
