How can i simulate to send a button click event to the top window?

Dear Sirs,

I am trying to design a programmer simulating button click continuously runs background.

I don't want to send this event to specific window or widget, but the top window.

And how can i get the mouse pointer  and event not on gtk or gdk window?

Please give me some hints, thanks!
