Fine ignore the toggles.  How can I drag and drop multiple rows?  This
is important to my application, to move rows between lists.  You can do
this in evolution with etable, but it seems in the GtkTreeView I can
only drag a single row, and as soon as I begin to drag the selection
collapses to 1 row.
