GtkText---alignment and underline

hi, sir:
while I use gtk1.2/linuxRH7.3,
1. I need that font in GtkText is in "UnderLine" format.
2. that text in GtkText could be left, right or center alignment?
if you have any idea about or you could confirm that the situation I 
work in could  not impletement this function
please tell me.
