can i set scrollble property for fixed

 i have a  fixed widget  i want to scroll it down. i
attached a fixed on the scrollable  and i set the
property of the scroallble for automatic scrollable.

when i  draw some widget beyond the visible area, it
has to show the scrollable bar.how can i do that.
