GtkAction/GtkUIManager is in 2.4, so yes, that is in whatever is the
latest 2.4.x win32 build.
What about the g_ini (?) INI parser in Glib.
That is cvs HEAD stuff, and I don't think Tor has made an 2.5.x build
available yet. It ended up with the name g_key_file...
