Error Installing pango in scratchbox

Hi,
Im trying to install pango 1.0.5 for installing gtk 2.0.9 ( for developing a
apppln. for the arm-based device, Simputer)
in scratchbox,a cross-compilation toolkit in my pc system(Fedora 3).

It first showed that freetype is missing
i installed freetype 2.1.10
but the same error is shown
I checked the config.log which shows this error
