Thanks Tor - yes I have tested it and it doesn't work but I haven't looked far enough into it to find out 
*why* it doesn't work.  If it should be functioning in theory then I'll look for a problem in the application.

Can you clarify that for me, Tor?  How is Windows Explorer different from any other external application?
