Thank you for the quick reply Michael. I found Fedora's MinGW packages
but don't really know how to get those installed on a Windows system. As
a temporary solution I installed GTK+ 2.24.0, since the bug was
introduced in 2.24.8.

Can anyone tell me when the next GTK+ 2.24 win32 package is scheduled
for release?
