What language are you using?

I think that the best tutorial for GTK+ right now is the gtkmm tutorial. They have a section on printing.

If you aren't programming in C++ the tutorial still is a good resource to get started with printing. I know 
there is very good documentation for C, C++, Python and Perl along with a few others. Once you figure out a 
languages format, it isn't to much trouble to map over the GTK function calls.
