g_subprocess issues: g_subprocess_get_identifier could not be located in the dynamic link library

Hello,
I have a small program which calls g_subprocess functions. Running time error happens in dos command.
compiling environment: windows 8.1 msys2 mingw64  gcc  c code
running environment: windows dos
error:
"The procedure entry point g_subprocess_get_identifier could not be located in the dynamic link library".

Any helps are appreciated.
