Pixmap theme engine drawing bug

Use the default pixmap theme.

Get cvs gnome-linuxconf and run it on a Red Hat Linux 5.2 system with
./gnome-linuxconf localhost
and once you log in and the treemenu shows up, only the top bit of the
tree at the left shows up.
