comments on GTK_SHADOW_FLAT?

For things like the GtkFrame a "flat" shadow (drawn all in the fg color)
would be useful. Obviously this wouldn't make sense in some contexts
(the same places where GTK_SHADOW_NONE is inappropriate). Any comments
on making this work in gtk_default_draw_shadow without supporting things
like gtk_default_draw_arrow/poly/etc?
