Seperate GLib Header Files?

Dear GLib developers,

Has the issue of splitting the glib.h header into seperate header files
(e.g., glib/gtypes.h, glib/gmemory.h, glib/gthread.h, glib/glist.h,
glib/gmessage.h, etc.) been raised before?  If so, what was the
resolution?  If not, the approach might be more maintainable and yet
still compatible if glib.h included all of the seperate header files.
