thanx for the report havoc, this revealed a bunch of other sensitivity
odities (key bindings and menu popups didn't care about that as well).
in general, people should NEVER use GTK_WIDGET_SENSITIVE to check
for a widgets sensitivity but always use GTK_WIDGET_IS_SENSITIVE (widget).
