CList DnD bug

Hello, guys

If I do gtk_drag_source_set() on a GtkCList, then it tries to start a
drag when I press one of the column buttons and move the mouse a bit.
I think CList should stop the emission of the drag signals if the user
"drags" on the column buttons.

Owen knows what I'm talking about :-)
