missing gtkaccelerator.h

Hi,
    I am trying to port gtk-- 1.0.2 to NT using the gtk+ win32 port I
downloaded from http://user.sgic.fi/~tml/gimp/win32/.  According to
gtkcompat.h this is gtk 1.3.  My problem is gtk-- includes header file
gtkaccelerator.h has this file been replaced by another file in gtk+
1.3?  Any in info would be helpful.
