There is the GTK+ tutorial available from www.gtk.org and
in the GTK+ distribution.

Several books on GTK+ are available as well - New Riders
publishes two books available - one by Eric Harlowe on GTK+,
and one by Havoc Pennington on GTK+ and GNOME.
