GtkIconList (from GtkExtra package)

	Havoc said that the GtkIconList object, shipped with GtkExtra, was
not suitable for inclusion into Gtk+.  He said to check the archives of
this list to find out why.

	I haven't been able to find anything in the archives.  Can
somebody summarize the previous discussion for me?  (I'd like to consider
using it in my new file sel widget, if possible)
