This is a frequently asked question, I think for lots of in-house
applications and such the tech support people don't want to deal with
the editable menu items.
We should probably provide a way to disable them.

Hi,
It seems the shortcuts of the menu created by GtkItemFactory are editable
while running. Is it possible to disable this kind of behaviour?
If no, is it possible to underline shortcuts in GtkMenuItem (using the
manual menu creation method)??
