As a follow-up to what's been discussed at GUADEC among language
bindings maintainers, the gnome-bindings mailing-list has been
created (<\tada!>).
Its purpose will be to help the developers of language bindings for
GTK+ and gnome-libs to discuss common issues and problems, and to
provide C hackers with a common contact point to reach all the binding
maintainers for advice or API review requests.
If you're neither developing a language binding or maintaining
something in the GTK+/gnome-libs API, you probably have little
interest in subscribing to this list.
The immediate goal is for the binding maintainers to write a short
document with guidelines on how to make a "binding friendly" API, for
the C hackers to refer to. There already are a couple of starters for
this document :
