CList "keyfocus"

Here is a patch that adds scrolling a list 
by entering the first letters of the row text.
(Does this have a name?)

It is not complete. Event chain might 
be broken and i10nalized text doesn't work.

Two functions are of interest:

* gtk_clist_find_row_from_text 
I think this function should be extended and
added to the CList API.

* gtk_clist_moveto_with_focus
It seems to me that this function is of more
usage than gtk_clist_moveto to the world outside 
the widget.  
Also an external candidate or am I missing something?
