Pango-0.14 released

Pango-0.14 is now at:

 ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.3/

About Pango:

The goal of the Pango project is to provide an open-source framework
for the layout and rendering of internationalized text. Pango is an
offshoot of the GTK+ and GNOME projects, and the initial focus is
operation in those environments, however there is nothing
fundamentally GTK+ or GNOME specific about Pango. Pango uses Unicode
for all of its encoding, and will eventually support output in all the
worlds major languages.

Changes between 0.13 and 0.14

* Win32 improvements [Tor]
* Much better boundary resolution using algorithms from the Unicode
  standard [Havoc]
* Initial support for anti-aliased TrueType and OpenType fonts

* Fix the FreeType support on Unix so it can be used for the frame-buffer
  port of GTK+. [Alex]
* Fix up module building [Alex]
* Add average-character-width font metric [Havoc]
* Bug fixes

Notes:

* This release requires the soon-to-be-released GLib-1.3.3
* This does not include either Vikram's new Tamil shaper or
  the improvements in the latest Fribidi. I'll make another
  release soon.
