Missing GTK_X_GET_CLASS macros

Hi,

In all the new GtkTreeModel/GtkTreeView classes the macros GTK_X_CLASS
and GTK_IS_X_CLASS are defined but there are no GTK_X_GET_CLASS macros
defined to actually return the class. Is this an oversight?
