pango configure problem



according to the autoconf docs, AC_INIT should be the first statement in
configure.in.  This doesn't seem to be the case in the pango
configure.in.  It has a couple of AC_SUBST calls before AC_INIT.  Is it
okay to apply this patch that fixes the problem?
