glib & gtk+ on cygwin

Hallo,

Just downloaded gtk+ & glib.
I'm pleased to see that all is updated to autoconf 2.52 now;)
Now one question, after a first look it seems that there is no direct
Cygwin support to get dynamic libraries here.

What I found is that CYGWIN and MINGW is handled as 'one case' and that
is bad.  It is not possible to mix up these two platforms!
