customizable double-click timeout

devel-list,
	i am interested in taking a crack at bug #3958.  I am lost a
little bit in the cvs branches.  i found some of the files  i need to work
on, but can't find the mouse control-panel files.  So gnome-control-center
=> peripherals => mouse.  Which files does this mouse control module use
and live in?
