combobox 01272001 + GtkEntry with autocompletion

Hi All,

Here's another snapshot of the combobox. I added autocompletion, pattern
matching and history capabilities. Therefor I created a new widget, the
GtkEntryExtra, derived from a GtkEntry. The GtkEntryExtra works together
with the GtkComboBoxText to provide the autocompletion, pattern matching
and history capabilities. It is a quick and dirty solution, but it works
well and it's stable (IMHO). If anybody has got a better idea to glue an
Entry and ComboBoxText together, please tell me.
