gtk_container_add_with_properties

I noticed that the switchover to using GParamSpecs for child properties in
GtkContainer.  However, there doesn't seem to be any alternatives for
cases when C style varargs are not an option (language bindings, gui
builders, etc).  A non varargs interface would be very useful for
libglade, for instance.

It looks like public versions of container_[sg]et_child_property would
probably be sufficient (I am not sure how many extra checks would be
required though).
