gtk cvs install fails due to missing index.sgml

hi,

i tried to install gtk+ from cvs today. it builds fine, but while doing
make install, it stops with following error message

-- Installing ./html/treewidgetobjects.html
-- Installing ./html/windowwidgets.html
-- Installing ./html/index.sgml
/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `./html/index.sgml': No such file or
directory
make[1]: *** [install-data-local] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/amardeep/gnome2/cvs/gtk+/docs/reference/gtk'
make: *** [install-am] Error 2

how can i correct this ?
