new dnd cursors

Hi,

After seeing garret's new cursor font for X, I thought that gtk+ also needed
some better cursors. So I hacked together some. They look much like the MacOS
cursors now.

Everything is available at http://hadess.net/files/patches/cursor/ including a
mockup that doesn't look exactly like the cursors I made. I couldn't find a
reliable way to take screenshot of the cursors, so I hacked it together with GIMP.

patch against gtk+ 1.2.10:

Could this be the default ones ? Could it be user tested ? Could Damon show us
