property patch



I'm about to commit this property patch. It adds properties to some
widgets, moves the "adjustment" property from a bunch of widgets to the
baseclass GtkRange and fixes some bugs. It also adds a new cool test to
testgtk that lets you interactively edit properties of widgets (you select
widget by clicking with the mouse).
