There is a missing dependency of gtk/stock-icons/gtkstockpixbufs.h on
gtk/Makefile.am. If you remove the file and make again, things will be
OK.

I guess we should add the dependency explicitely, though dependencies
of files on Makefiles are always a little nerve-wracking. ;-(
