Actually (fortunately, surprisingly?) it does. At least GIMP 1.2.3
seems to run quite well with gtk+-1.3-win32-production (i.e., GTK+
1.3.0, about GTK+ 1.2.7 featurewise I think) and GLib 1.3.10. Or can
there be some hidden gotcha that I don't notice?
