(Assuming you mean ctrl+F10).... yes, I guess that would work. The
details might get a little convoluted, though; for example, you would
probably want to do it so that if another control's tooltip had popped
up by virtue of being under the mouse pointer, and you then pressed
Ctrl+F10, the mouse-invoked tooltip popped down and the one for the
currently-focused control popped up instead.
