make GtkCTree usable in language bindings again

I put together a small patch to add a GType for GtkCTreeNode.  This is
used purely to give type information to the arguments of the GtkCTree
signals (the type doesn't really follow the memory management semantics of
boxed types).  Having the arguments marked as GTK_TYPE_POINTER doesn't
give any useful information about the argument.

The main reason for this is to make CTree usable in language bindings
again, to make porting programs to 2.0 easier.  The patch is attached to
the following bug report:

Is there any strong reason to leave the arguments as GTK_TYPE_POINTER?
