Paragraphs ending in a delimiter

I just checked in the following fix to Pango:

	* pango/pango-layout.c (pango_layout_check_lines): 
	A string ending in a paragraph delimiter has an
	empty line at the end. (#68079, Arjan J. Molenaar.)

It was _supposed_ to work like this always, but since it
didn't it's conceivable that there will be problems with
this. (Probably mostly just extra blank lines.)
