I have promissed this to owen and rambokid a long time ago but it is not
finished right now. I'd like to get comments on it now though...

The licence will be anything people want it to be. For now, copy is
strictly prohibited, blahblah since I don't want ppl to put on the web
non-finished mirrors of this directory. Feel free to link if you want to
though.

BTW, I accept patches :)

I cannot read the list (/me eyes the fencepost admins and urges them to
answer his mails), so, please, CC me in the replies (should there be
any).
