bug 86700 problem solution

Hi,

I'm new in bugzilla, and GTK+ developing, so I would like to request some
help in the next two things:
1) I've posted a bugreport under #86700 on GTK to bugzilla.gnome.org, and
  util that I fixed (I think) the problem. How can I post my patch?
2) Can anybody revise my patch to see I corrected the error in a clean way, not
  causing other errors with the patch?
