gtk+ autogen.sh/Makefile

Building from CVS on 3/3 failed due to missing gtkmarshalers.h
Seems that autogen.sh builds a Makefile that doesn't require a
make of gtkmarshalers.h before trying to compile code that needs
this include file.
Had to work around by doing "make gtkmarshalers.h" then "make"
