GTK+-2.0.8 release candidate

I've put a tarball up at:
 
 ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.0/testing/gtk+-2.0.8.tar.gz

To avoid having to put out a 2.0.9, I'd appreciate it
if people could give it a whirl.

Barring problems, I'll push it out tomorrow morning.
